While driving into town today, I saw a group of seven guys in a driveway. They looked to be in their mid-20s, each one wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap. All of them looked at the one guy up on his car hood, hooking the net onto the basketball hoop. Another guy spotted car hood guy, his arms spread and ready to catch. On the other side of the driveway, the owner of The Basketball stood poised. He all ready had his shirt off.

It was like a reverse Pieta-painting. I wanted a camera. Perfect triangular placement, everyone focused on one point; it would have made a wonderful picture.

The warm, sunny weather here has everything a-flutter. The first burst of hayfever misery is done, so appreciating the blasts of life and colour is more bearable. This morning, there was frost on the pale, pale violets in the front yard. They looked sugar-dipped. The cherry trees are fluffy. And daffodils nod in the sun.

Dang.

Okay, back to the bra.

Go. Be fabulous.
