Worked today in one of the Vancouver shops. My former mangler called at 0800 and asked if I could work a full day. More hours? Hell, yeah.

Spent all day collating. You haven't lived until you've spent eight hours putting together pieces of paper for a binder FROM HELL.

I hit the "Collating is so zen," stage quickly. Then I started getting loopy--yes, you in the back, stop laughing, this is work loopy, an entirely different experience from my normal loopiness--until caffeine was not only smart, but necessary.

Drove back from Vancouver in a downpour. Thank goodness most of the traffic was leaving Stumptown, so it wasn't horrible. Of course, a few blops of vehicular cholesterol clogged up the arteries of Portland's highway system, but it wasn't too bad.

Now I'm babbling, and I need to take some time to chill before dealing with the host of the radio show. *grin* Let's see what he does with all my pornotica poetry.
