I joined a local movie rental shop this weekend. Just about swooned on the floor of the foreign film section.

Then I hit the horror/psychotronic film section; almost a whole room filled from the sublime to the ridiculous in movie-dom. The movies are arranged by genre. I have decided that I must work through those shelves. It is my...destiny.

Since I'm writing a zombie film, much background material is necessary. Kicked off the zombie-thon with Zombie Bikers from Detroit. How could I not, eh? There's not a lot of plot or acting getting in the way of the mild carnage--though there's a fun castration by dirt bike at the end of the movie.

If nothing else, I'm seeing what not to do.

Also watched TombRaider. It's one of the most boring movies ever. Angelina Jolie, though gorgeous, isn't enough to overcome the dullness of the film. Considering how much money they threw at the story, you'd think they'd be able to come up with better fake breasts for Ms. Jolie. Hell, I have friends who have better falsies. Insane.

Dang. Lunch is almost done, and I'd best eat something.

Go. Be fabulous.
