I noticed today how much people speak to hear themselves speak. Conversations consist of waiting to get two cents in, without any real give and take. That can't be a good thing. I'm guilty as anyone, and I need to remember that it's a lot better to shut up and listen to people.

*sigh*

I hope that someday I won't need to remind myself to listen.
