Ohhhh argh. I'm annoyed at the local populace. But I'll have to be curt, what with my generous half-hour lunch granted to me by my corporate overlords.

1. Powertools running continuously beginning at 07:41 in a suburban neighborhood is abhorrent.

2. The city streets are publically owned. As long as I'm quiet and courteous, don't block driveways, fireplugs, wheelchair ramps, and visual access to cross streets I should be able to park wherever and for however long I need to.

Okay. Lunch.
