I'm going down to corporate tomorrow for "training." They don't know from training.

I am a Very Good Trainer.

*ahem*

Time to take stock and get my goodie bag going.

But here, just for shits and giggles, is what they expect for my non-benefit-having, no vacation/sick pay-having, making $9 an hour self:

� Assists internal and external customers; determining and responding promptly to customer�s needs and concerns.
� Capable of fulfilling all retail location daily activities; including operation of the POS system and in-location copiers, printers, and light bindery equipment.
� Communicates effectively in verbal and written form.
� Oversees record retention per established policies.
� Ensures accurate meter reads and inventory.
� Oversees and handles location work orders and work flow per established policies and procedures.
� Acts as primary contact regarding location quote and job pricing � ensuring accuracy at his/her location.
� Performs and ensures quality testing of in-location copiers, printers and other production equipment.
� Responsible for accurate and detailed equipment maintenance and service logs.
� Oversees and ensures, per policies, all location purchasing/ordering.
� Ensures appropriate review and accuracy of check requests and vouching of invoices for his/her location.
� Works with outside vendors and other locations to ensure timely production of products and services. Performs quality checks on work produced internally and externally.
� Uses Integrated Marketing Communications concepts combined with strong knowledge of the products and services produced or provided by $$$.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

� Being or becoming Certified by $$$ in per $$$�s current Certification requirements.
� Adheres to established company standards, policies and procedures and makes day-to-day decisions within this established framework.
� Enhances $$$�s business and technical credibility by always projecting a professional image.
� Participates in the implementation and ongoing actives of all center operating and marketing and requirements.
� Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

� Industry experience and/or knowledge sufficient to perform the functions and requirements of the position.
� Must possess valid driver�s license, insurance and reliable car.
� Ability to perform basic math functions accurately as demonstrated by passing paper and pencil math test.
� Successful completion of applicable training programs and testing.
� Outstanding Oral and written communications skills.
� Ability to work overtime when necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

� Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
� Ability to reach over shoulder level to stock shelves up to seven feet high.
� Ability to stand on uncarpeted floors for long periods of time.
� Ability to bend and twist on a frequent basis.
� Ability to work around chemicals common to graphic communications industries including, but not limited to, inks, solvents, developers, and fixers as described in $$�s Hazard Communications Manual.
� Visual acuity sufficient to troubleshoot originals, prepare pre-press, inspect in-process and completed production and perform other functions of the position.
